Introductions are made only where both sides have agreed to be introduced. Access to any specific opportunity is limited to investors who meet applicable accredited or qualified investor standards.

Patient Capital

Family Offices

Multi-generational and single-family offices looking to hold real assets directly, often as a hedge against public-market volatility elsewhere in the portfolio. They tend to move slowly and stay long — a good match for land positions measured in years, not quarters.

Typical hold: 7–15 years · Typical role: Direct co-investor or LP

Scale Capital

Institutional Investors

Pension allocators, insurance portfolios, and real asset funds seeking exposure to land development at a scale that moves the needle. They bring underwriting discipline and reserve capacity for larger, multi-phase sites.

Typical hold: 5–10 years · Typical role: Co-GP or fund-level LP

Growth Capital

Venture & Growth Investors

Investors whose primary book is operating companies, looking to diversify into hard assets in the same regions where their portfolio companies are already hiring — a natural, informed edge on where growth is headed next.

A short call to confirm accredited or qualified investor status and make sure the relationship makes sense on both sides.

You start hearing about relevant opportunities as they enter our pipeline — never a blanket blast, only what matches your mandate.

Every opportunity is opt-in. Passing on one doesn't affect whether we bring you the next.

Nothing shared without consent

Your name, contact details, and investment activity are never disclosed to a third party, including other members of the network, without your explicit permission.

No blanket distribution

We don't blast every opportunity to everyone. Deal flow is matched to mandate, so what you hear about is worth your time to read.

Verification before access

Anyone receiving offering details for a specific opportunity has confirmed applicable investor status and signed the relevant NDA first.

You can leave anytime

Ask to be removed from the network at any point and we'll confirm it in writing — no explanation required.
